“The description of this tour included the words English speaking guide, and round trip pick up and delivery from hotel. Neither one happened. The entire van was filled with Spanish speaking people and the tour guide was surprised that we only spoken English. On the average for every five words, the tour guide spoke, he spoke one word to us in English. He tried his best but it was very difficult with the Spanish speaking group we had. We missed out a lot on the history and culture of Cusco and the Incas. The return trip to the hotel by the van was not offered so we had to walk.…”
